Chiyaan Vikram hospitalised due to mild chest discomfort, says his manager

 Chiyaan Vikram was admitted to a private hospital in Chennai after complaining of mild chest discomfort. According to sources in the hospital, the actor underwent angiogram and will be discharged in a day. His manager took to Twitter to share his health update. According to the tweet, Vikram is in stable condition. He also requested everyone not to spread rumours.

Vikram's manager Suryanarayanan took to Twitter to share his health update. His tweet read, "Dear fans and wellwishers, Chiyaan Vikram had mild chest discomfort and is being treated for the same. He DID NOT have a heart attack as reports falsely claim. We are pained to hear rumours to this effect. That being said, we request you to give him and the family the privacy they need at this time. Our dear Chiyaan is fine now. He is likely to be discharged from hospital in a day. We hope this statement provides clarity and trust that the false rumours will be put to rest (sic)."

Actor Vikram Hospitalised in Chennai Hours Before Ponniyin Selvan Trailer Launch

 Actor Vikram was hospitalised at the Kauvery hospital in Chennai on 8 June due to a sudden illness. According to sources at the hospital, the actor is stable.
